TROY R. SMITH originates from Des Moines, Iowa, where he attended Drake University and received a B.A. in History. Mr. Smith continued his education at California Western School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1990 when he was 24 years old.

Troy Smith began practicing law in Oregon before relocating to Central New Jersey where he currently lives and practices law. Mr. Smith focuses his practice in the area of criminal defense and juvenile delinquency action and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
